The college has a well-equipped library with ROPD facilities, a good collection of books and periodicals, and a reading room. Students can borrow whatever they need for an allotted period. A student may be allowed to borrow only one book at a time.

  All the students and staff of the college are library members.

  Students using the library shall leave at the entrance their personal belongings at the property counter.

  Silence must be observed in and around the library.

  No person shall write, damage or mark on any book belonging to the library.

  The reader is responsible for any damage caused to the books or other property belonging to the library and shall be required to replace them or pay the value for them. If one book of a set is damaged, the whole set shall be replaced.

  Before leaving, the students must return all the books to the Librarian.

  Members in the reading room shall vacate their seats 10 minutes before closing.

  The Librarian may receive written suggestions for purchasing books and improving service.

  All books on loan shall be returned on the due date stamped on the date slip.

  Absence from the college will not be admitted as an excuse for the delay in returning the books.

  Readers should see that they take their tickets when they return the books.

  Students must return their tickets when leaving the college and should obtain a "Clearance Certificate".

  Final-year students should return the library tickets on the dates notified by the Librarian during the academic year.
